Hello, I’m so glad you’re here.

Years ago, I left a demanding corporate job and traded city life for a slower pace. Yes, it's that story – one told by many wellness practitioners.

But here's what might be less common: I didn't just burn out and bounce back with a shiny new philosophy – I came to realise the 'bounce back' and hustle narrative found within the wellness industry was actually part of the problem.

Now, instead of promising transformation or a shinier version of you, my focus is on supporting women to self-advocate and feel confident embracing natural medicine that fits seamlessly into their days.

My work is about creating space for women to breathe, to rest and to remember what feels true. Sometimes that looks like herbal medicine or nutrition plans. Sometimes it looks like permission to take a nap, or share laughter and sparkling wine with friends.

As a naturopath, educator, facilitator and mother, I believe the best tonic is often:

  • the ocean

  • a good sense of humour

  • simplified wellbeing

  • spaces beyond four white walls

  • the body’s natural capacity to heal

  • and, of course, naturopathy and nutrition.

Together, we create pathways back to steadiness that honour exactly who you already are – just with more support, more space and more kindness along the way.

I can’t wait to walk alongside you and support you in feeling more yourself.
