Hello, I’m Teneeka.
My journey into health and wellness began during a challenging time in corporate life. It’s a story many practitioners share: burnout as a catalyst for deeper purpose and change.
But what I came to realise is that the very idea of ‘bouncing back’ was part of the problem.
Now, with over 16 years' experience as a naturopath, nutritionist and educator, I support women to rebuild differently – with gentle, body-led wisdom instead of urgent optimisation.
I’m here to help you navigate the challenges of hormones, peri/menopause, sleep, stress, fatigue and digestive health, so you can feel confident in your next steps.
