I'm a naturopath and educator with over 16 years' experience, and my work is shaped by my own journey through burnout and the realisation that "pushing through" was never the answer.

I'm in perimenopause — is this right for me?
Absolutely. Perimenopause is one of the most significant hormonal seasons a woman moves through, and it's often the least supported. This is exactly the kind of care that helps, looking at the whole picture, not just one symptom in isolation.
Do I need a diagnosis to work with you?
No. You don't need to arrive with answers or paperwork. Many women come to me without a clear diagnosis, just a sense that something is off. That's enough to start.
What actually happens on WhatsApp?
You get real access. Between sessions, you can message with questions, share something you're noticing, or just say 'this week has been hard.'
I'm in a regional or rural area — can I still work with you?
Absolutely. All sessions are online, so wherever you are, you can access this support from home. That's exactly why I built this the way I did.
What if I'm not sure I'll be able to keep up?
There's nothing to keep up with. This isn't a fixed structure with expectations. It's a relationship, one that adjusts to where you are each month. If you've had a hard month, that's what we work with.
